IMS 2012 is pleased to offer the following services for the press and analyst community who cover the conference:

Press Lounge – Room 523a of the Palais des congres de Montreal

The IMS Press Lounge is reserved for journalists and industry analysts covering the conference. Advance registered media may pick up their badges at the IMS 2012 Registration located in the Place Riopelle Lobby, Palais des congres de Montreal. Advance registration is recommended, however, press and analysts wishing to register on-site may do so at the IMS 2012 Registration.

Hours of operation for the Press Lounge are as follows:
Sunday, June 17 – 0800 to 1700
Monday, June 18 – 0800 to 1800
Tuesday, June 19 – 0800 to 1800
Wednesday, June 20 – 0800 to 1800
Thursday, June 21 – 0800 to 1600

The following resources are provided in the Press Lounge:

• Staffed lounge
• Wi-Fi
• Outlets for device charging
• Blogging/computer stations
• Printer
• Media interview areas
• Video corner
• Access to some exhibitor press kits (most are available online)
• Refreshments: Continental breakfast will be served; snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.

Media Interview Areas
As a service to IMS press attendees and exhibitors; IMS provides four media interview rooms adjacent to the Press Loom located in Room 523a. These are reserved on a first-come first-served basis in 30-minute increments. To reserve a meeting room for a press interview with an exhibitor representative, please contact:
